Timeline

• 1997 October - RadioTel Systems Limited ^[1]

• 2000 April - Zipcom plc is incorporated.
• 2000 June - Zipcom acquires RadioTel Systems Limited shares.
• 2000 July - Zipcom enters flotation as Zipcom plc.
• 2000 August - RadioTel Systems Limited changed its name to Zipcom Telecommunications Limited.
• 2001 June - Zipcom buys HighwayOne (via Zipcom plc owned Ziptel Limited) ^[2]

• 2002 September - Zipcom set to acquire Transigent Limited (the holding company of GX Networks Ltd). ^[4]
• 2002 October - Zipcom plc completion of the acquisition of Transigent Limited ^[5]
