Tony Spinosa Director/Choreographer/Actor. Born: 28 December 1960. Theatre Professional. Broadway, National & International Tours, New York City Off and Off-Off Broadway, Regional Theatre, Experimental Black Box Theatre, University Theatre, High School Theatre and numerous Industrials and Benefits for National Corporations and Charities.
Mr. Spinosa has led Master Classes in Theatre at Arizona State University and at Hofstra University in New York. He has studied at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and holds a BFA in Visual Communications as well as an MBA in International Marketing from American InterContinental University.
Tony has received National Awards across the United States for his productions of West Side Story, Cats, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Biloxi Blues, Broadway Bound, The King & I, and Fame: the musical. His directing has been noted by critics in most major cities around the country and is known for his direction and choreography of new works.
Tony has gone on to inspire and direct across America to help audiences around the world to appreciate and participate in the art of theatre.
Tony Spinosa was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Redskins. Spinosa is a career Army Officer, spending 20 years on active duty as an Air Defense Officer, holding various staff and command positions world-wide, culminating as an Action Officer in the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Army Operation Center. He retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
