Plastiras (Greek: ??ast??a?), also with the i accented is a municipality in the Karditsa Prefecture, Greece, named after the Greek general and Prime Minister Nikolaos Plastiras. Population 3,791 (2001). Lake Plastiras covers a part of the municipality. Its residents are based in agriculture.

The village saw a great decline in population between 1981 and 1991 by emigration and the aging population, the population growth was restored between the census of 1991 and 2001.

Plastiras has schools, a few lyceums (middle schools), and its gymnasium (secondary school), churches, and a square (plateia). It also has schools across the municipality.
