Nové Zámky District in the Nitra region
Malá nad Hronom (Hungarian: Kicsind) is a village and municipality in the Nové Zámky District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1523.
Geography
The village lies at an altitude of 140 metres and covers an area of 7.721 km˛. It has a population of about 410 people.
Ethnicity
The population is about 96% Magyar and 4% Slovak.
Facilities
The village has a public library and a football pitch.
